This new program offers a 20% discount on all dental services we provide at our office in Riverview, FL. We're proud to help our patients and their families save on the high-quality, comprehensive dental care they need.
The Smile 360 in-house dental savings plan is not dental insurance. It is a private savings plan and is only valid at our office.
How Much Does the Membership Plan Cost?
Our in-house savings plan costs a flat-rate annual fee of $150 per individual patient or $199 for two or more family members living within the same household. The discount program runs per calendar year, meaning coverage will begin on January 1 and end on December 31. Throughout your membership, you'll receive a 20% discount on all dental services!
Terms & Conditions
- The dental savings plan does not automatically renew. Patients will receive "open enrollment" email reminders reminding them to sign up or renew their savings benefits.
- The 20% discount will apply to any service provided at Smile 360 Family and Implant Dentistry, no matter how many times the patient visits throughout the year and no matter the service.
- The discount does not apply to products sold at our practice (i.e.: prescription mouthwash, whitening products, electric toothbrushes, etc.)
- The Smile 360 dental membership plan cannot be combined with any other discounts or specials, including our special pricing for dental implant and full-implant arches, or our military discount.
At Smile 360 Family & Implant Dentistry, we also accept major credit cards, personal checks, and cash payments.
